Position: IT Support Engineer\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\n• Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PCs / laptops / servers / equipment in the customers'\r\norganization.\r\n• Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers,\r\nnetwork problems.\r\n• Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for Windows 2003 / 2008 servers,\r\nExchange 2003 / 2007 servers, etc.\r\n• Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed.\r\n• Provide education and training of software to end-users.\r\n• Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager.\r\n• Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures.\r\n• Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes.\r\n• Perform overtime when required, and having 24x7 Stand-by rotation with the team (No Shift work is\r\nrequired).\r\n• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.\r\nJob Requirements\r\n• Able to work independently with/or minimum supervision.\r\n• Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with\r\ntight deadlines.\r\n• Good working and learning attitude.\r\n• Fluent in common language.\r\n• Min Diploma in IT / relevant field or higher.\r\n• Fresh graduates / school leavers are welcome to apply.\r\n
