Marketing and Sales • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. • Creating new sales channels and working closely with network of property consultants. • Follow up and close deals with prospective clients and creating sales proposals and pitch. • Understanding the client's requirements and proposing the best available options. • Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each space. • Coordinate the negotiation of sales, Membership agreement, monitors agreement expiration, tracks negotiation of leases and lease amendments. Ensures Community associates negotiate lease renewals within prescribed timeline where relevant.
