We' re couple from Malaysia and seeking for a couple room near to Jurong East / Lakesides/ Chinese Garden / Boon Lay MRT (Walking distance less than 10 minutes).\r\nOur max. budget is $850 with including utilities cost， wifi， air-cond and allow for light cooking. We prefer Chinese Landord and not so many people staying in the house. We prefer quiet and privacy environment. \r\n
