We are looking for, preferable local, someone who is willing to take good care, as in keeping our place clean and fresh. Location: Fernvale Lane 403B Bus available: 163, 50, 102, 372 Nearest Lrt/Mrt: Fernvale/Seng Kang Eateries: Seletar Mall, Jalan kayu (walking distance), Sengkang Kopitam. Fully furnish includes: PUB, Aircon, Wifi, Light Cooking, Single bed, Wardrobe, Television. Additional: Every 2 weeks during weekend we will be having a part time cleaner, so this is to be share if you will need the cleaner to clean up your room and the common room toilet.
