Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Managment (BMSM) Act
3 years experience preferred
Computer literate.
Able to work independently; posses good communication skills
Diploma in Estate Management with relevant experience in Strata Titled Properties or Equivalent
A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
Proicient in English (written & spoken)
