教学内容(course content )------四种游泳姿势(four swimming strokes )，救生知识和其他自救技能(lifesaving knowledges and rescue skills ).
教学对象（student) ------初学游泳者（learn to swim）动作纠正（correction) 。
教学形式（course model ) ------ 一对一（ 1 to 1),or 一对二( 1 to 2),or 一对三(1 to 3)。
教学地点( location )----- 教练可以到学生所在公寓游泳池或者私人游泳池进行教学(student's flat pool or private pool.) .
